PureLine opened its doors in 2006. What started out as PureLine Printing quickly developed into PureLine Design & Print.

We love printing and seeing the finished product, but more than that, we genuinely enjoy helping our customers see their vision come to life.

As our client relationships evolved, we began getting calls for assistance with special projects. Print or not, it didn’t matter. Our resourceful staff has always been ready to jump in and help find a solution.

This led to PureLine’s expanded offerings, including graphic design, signage, logo wear, and promotional items.

Everyone on our team has a unique set of skills that cohesively come together to create an empowering customer experience and a finished product you deserve.

Because we believe relationships are the foundation of success, no job is too small or too large. We strive to meet you where you are and to provide you with a quality product you can be proud of.

Meet the Team

Helen Harb is our owner and founder. Aside from running the business, she also works closely with clients. Helen enjoys pitching in on the creative side with copywriting and concepting during client brainstorming sessions. Helen is a Knoxville native, hailing from a large extended family with roots extending back 100 years. She has a heart for service and believes in giving back to the community. Helen describes herself as a self-proclaimed foodie and animal lover.

Sheila Butler is our longest-standing team member. She was full time for nine years and, after a brief hiatus, rejoined us part time. Sheila keeps workflow moving, provides excellent customer service, and is our proofreader extraordinaire. Sheila, originally from the Morristown area, is quick-witted, organized, and keeps things lively around here. She has two children and two grandchildren.

Rona Qualls is our lead graphic designer. Rona has over 25 years of experience in graphic design, having worked with large agencies and local printers alike. Originally from the Detroit area, she has been an active member of the Knoxville community for 21 years, devoting time to her church, Toastmasters, and Water Angels Ministry. Professionally, she says her goal is to “mind meld” with every client so that she can produce the graphics they desire.

Ben Lambert, our production manager, has the perfect combination of an artistic eye and mechanical know-how. He fixes everything around the shop, but more importantly, he looks at every job to make sure the color and finished product meet client expectations. Ben is originally from Loudon County but considers Knoxville home as he has lived here for 25 years. Ben is a wine enthusiast and also loves music, travel, and animals.

Dianna Auton, our newest team member, is a graphic designer. Lending a fresh eye to our projects, Dianna works with our retail customers on their invitations, custom note cards, and stationery. She is also very organized and is good with technology. She supports Sheila with workflow and helps Helen with the admin work on the retail side. Dianna is originally from Cincinnati. She is married with three children and two dogs. Dianna is an avid reader and is an active member of her church.
